Moving Parts Theatre Company was set up in 1985 with a focus on working with disengaged young people from the Wester Hailes area. It used Clovenstone Community Centre as a base and encouraged disabled individuals and pupils from the WHEC to build their confidence and self-esteem through theatre. The Sentinel reported on the group in April 1985 not long after their first public performance had taken place. Click here to see the article. Moving Parts article 1985
